How I Got Started
I’ve always known I wanted to build something of my own something creative, meaningful, and rooted in technology. I began my journey studying cybersecurity, drawn to the structure, logic, and behind-the-scenes work that keeps systems secure.
While completing my cybersecurity program, I took a required web design course and it completely shifted my path. What started as just another class quickly became my favorite part of the week. I found myself fully immersed in layout, color, typography, and usability. For the first time, I wasn’t just following instructions I was designing with intention and loving every second of it.
That class helped me realize I wasn’t just interested in how things work I wanted to create them. I wanted to build websites that feel personal, functional, and thoughtfully designed.
Now, I’m pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Web Design and Development, combining a strong foundation in cybersecurity with a passion for clean, human-centered design.
The Heart Behind the Work
​Behind every project I take on is a strong support system and a personal drive that keeps me moving forward. My partner has been my rock since I was 16 years old, supporting me through graduating early with honors, earning my associate degree, and now encouraging me every day as I pursue my bachelor’s degree. His unwavering belief in me gives me the space to grow, explore, and be unapologetically myself.
Equally important is my family my foundation and constant source of love and encouragement. They’ve always championed my dreams and ambitions, and their faith in me keeps me grounded and motivated. Together, their support reminds me that I’m never alone in this journey.
I draw inspiration from a wide variety of design styles from bold and modern to soft and minimal because creativity doesn’t fit into just one box. I love experimenting with different aesthetics and approaches to find what truly connects with each unique project and client.
Growing up surrounded by small, family-owned businesses has deeply shaped my passion for helping entrepreneurs and creatives. These local businesses are the heart of communities, built on hard work, trust, and personal relationships. Being part of that environment taught me the value of authenticity and care and I strive to bring that same spirit into every website I create.
